Event Photos - Copyright

The person licensing the images (herein referred to as the Agent) has the right to use the images provided by Event Photos, LLC (herein referred to as the Images) under the following terms:

  • This license is valid for the life of the home’s listing with the Agent, or for one year, whichever is shorter. At this time, usage of the Images must be terminated. The life of the home's listing is defined as ending when the sale closes or is lost to another agent or broker.
  • This license is terminated if the invoice related to the Images is not paid by the due date, and usage of the Images must be terminated. The license (and included usage) is reinstated upon payment in full, including any late fees.
  • The Images may be used for any purposes related to marketing the home the images were licensed for. This includes (but is not limited to) uploading to the MLS and other real estate websites and services, and printing flyers and brochures.
  • The Images may not be used for any other purpose. This includes (but is not limited to) personal printing, editorial use by the Agent or others, and commercial use not related to selling the home the images were licensed for. Unless written permission is received.
  • The Images may not be supplied to any other person, including (but not limited to) the home seller, home buyer, other agents, stagers, and builders.
  • Event Photos, LLC retains all rights for each of the Images, and the collection as a whole. This includes (but is not limited to) copyright, the right to further license the images, and the right to use them to promote our services.

Event Photos., LLC sells DVD Slideshows for gifts to home sellers and buyers, We can license the images to stager, builders, and others, and we can be booked again if a listing has changed agents or this license expires.
